Business Associates such as Revenue Cycle Management companies must register with their own TIN and later connect to care provider TINs using the Multi-TIN Access in Link Security.

If you received a security code for your One Healthcare ID in the mail, click the button below to enter it and complete your registration.

Your One Healthcare ID is yours forever. If you’re employed by a different care provider now, you simply need to connect the new TIN using the button below.

If you work for multiple TINs concurrently, please use the Multi-TIN Access in Link Security instead of the button above.

If you have a One Healthcare ID connected to a TIN but are still unable to access specific capabilities on the UnitedHealthcare Provider Portal, please ask your Password Owner or ID Administrator to make changes to your account access in Link Security Tool.

Your Password Owner or ID Administrator that you select during registration will need to complete your request in Link Security.  An email will be sent to you when the request is complete.
