Optum Pay basic and premium modified to better fit your needs

In response to feedback from health care professionals, Optum Pay has modified the benefits available in both the basic and premium portal access levels:  For basic access, beginning May 22, 2021, it will include unlimited users for each account. For premium access, fees will be capped at $2,000 per billing cycle, per TIN.

The accuracy of care provider demographic and practice data can play an important part in the success of a medical practice, which is why UnitedHealthcare requires providers to attest to their data every 120 days. Having accurate data helps connect you with members searching for a care provider. It also supports claims processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.

UnitedHealthcare is here to support you and make attesting to your provider data as simple and straightforward as possible.

The My Practice Profile tool is a simple way to update the care provider and practice information UnitedHealthcare has listed for your practice. We can process your requested changes through the My Practice Profile tool faster than by any other means.

If you don’t have access to the My Practice Profile tool, you can also attest to your data using the:

  • Care Provider Demographic Information Update Form
  • Group/Organization Demographic Information Update Form
  • UnitedHealthcare Roster Manager – Please work with your UnitedHealthcare roster manager to update as needed.

Please keep UnitedHealthcare up-to-date on changes to your data, including:

  • Address or phone number
  • A provider joins/leaves your practice or changes practice location
  • If your practice is or is not accepting new patients
  • Plan participation

If you’ve provided, UnitedHealthcare will also share other details about your practice within the provider directory that can be important to connecting with patients, including:

  • Affiliated group name
  • Office hours and website
  • Hospital affiliations
  • Received cultural competency training
  • Medical interpreter services and languages spoken
  • Handicap accessibility
